    Term I Nominations thread

    Well it is about time this penultimate step in the Demo Game's setup was kicked off. As delaying the game for Constitutional debate is not a good idea, I am suggesting here we elect President, Vice President, Supreme Military Commander, Foreign Affairs Minister and Domestic Minister, as well as express interest in being a Justice. These positions will be the same as in the last game, kind of an interim government system until any Constitutional changes are made.

    Thus, I open nominations for these positions. Once we have Ministers, we can further divide responsibilities into Public Works/Imperial Expansion if we want to.

    Enough with talking - let's get things rolling!

        I third that and would like to express interest in being a justice. Are we going to use the NewCon until we have made a new constitution?

          I see no choice in the matter if we are to start the game before losing interest. At least it's something we're (sort of) used to.

                  I guess I will run for SMC. If anybody else wants to run for this postion I might withdraw, but just so we can get moving I volunteer.

                    I will run for DM. Looks like I may be back a bit sooner than originally planned, so I won't miss all that much at the beginning. Just won't be here to campaign.
