Frankly, I think Deity with a whole bunch of enemy civs and raging barbarians is absolutely insane. It's not a challange, it's a nightmare.

No. With the exception of the govt. transition time (which applies to the AI only), the AI plays on Regent, and uses those numbers.Comment
