Lets play custom or let the game make one.
Why custom? Its so annoying to have again a pangaea-like game. Even if you choose continents the game can still create a pangaea-like map. If we insist to an impartial, who makes he map, that we don't want anything Pangaea like, we are sure that we won't gat anyting pangaea-like.
