    Apolytonia announces victory!!!

    With the construction of the UN, and the hard work put in buttering up the AI over the last 5 turns, Apolytonia is pleased to announce that they have won the SPDG via UN vote.

    Having started on a small penninsula, surrounded by Jungle, and slowly eliminating several neighbors to the point where Apolytonia reigned unchallenged at #1 in the world, this game has taken a fledgling civilization from a disparaging start to victory.

                      Yes, I did; I can't really tell how it was received. DanQ didn't comment in his reply PM, so all I know is that he linked to the fake Newz Update where I had posted it in a thread and put in his own notice to go there for some "less than accurate reporting" or some such. Never heard from MarkG at all.

                      Hope they're not angry over it. I'm sure he would have said something if he was, though.
