It is now time to integrate slaves

I've just checked the orders thread for Monday 3rd Feb. If we add up worker integration requests from Roadcage, Kloreep and myself, 47 workers will be integrated in cities during the next turnchat.

We currently have 65 natives working in the fields, and Johncnunn wants to keep 30 natives out in the field IIRC.

Next turnchat, in the provinces of Classical Apolyton, Upper Apolyton and Old Germany only, we'll have to integrate 12 slaves in our cities.

I changed my orders to integrate American and Germans workers, for a total of 8 (we should normally have no American left hereafter). I suggest other RAs to take care, and I ask Kloreep or Roadcage to integrate explicitely 4 slaves in their cities.

By the same token, Neo Frankfurt will soon be able to build one worker per turn. It can prove helpful to help slow-growing cities, when no workers will be left for integration.

Can anyone list slow growing cities in his region ?

As an acting RA, it is my responsibility to identify and plan for worker receptions. It is not my duty or obligation to identify preferred nationalities.

Here in Classical Apolyton, we have a generous spirit and are happy to accept whatever field workers the President or DM place on the doorsteps of our cities. It so happens, that the majority of open tiles in this region are marine in nature so we do have a preference for those with life interests in fishing, whaling, sailing, and all things marine.

But even this is not necessary, as our experienced current tile workers are ready to train the new inhabitants.

I trust that the other RA's have similar views.

I thought it would considerably help Aro to be specific, so that he makes sure not to integrate too many natives. But you're right it is not specifically your responsibility to do this.

Btw, we have to keep a worker force, something about 24 native workers, to clean pollution (worst scenario ). I'll check the joncnunn orders later, to be sure about the number. Maybe we should keep some workers to SMC purposes, but it's probably not essential. Anyway, we have no more than 35 ~ 40 workers for integration.

Aro we have no more than 35 natives for integration, but we have approx 70 slaves which are completely integrable. I expect them to be massively integrated when more hospitals get built.

While it would be helpful, the basis of selection is done for global reasons. As an acting RA, I am not privy to these discussions. Perhaps the DM could consult with the President.

It so happens that my region, Classical Apolytonia, has few foreigners, and is not near any border. Simply put,
