    It's my intent to run a chat next Friday 23:00 GMT, Jan 31.

    I want to schedule a 2nd chat too, next Sunday, Feb 02 (time not scheduled yet)

    This is the orders thread. Do not post replies, if you aren't a member of the Government, a RA or an Executive advisor of the Presidency.

      CLASSICAL APOLYTON

      This is all well and good. No "Q" changes, one PW request and the only change in WF is in Banana HQ (to which, just let it use a coastal square). This is mostly just rush requests.

      PW Request: Mine tile 20 of Port Rouge.

        Order of Senority for Turn Chats for things not covered in Domestic Minisitry orders and/or made harmful by new events:

        Standing orders for term 8:

        1. Follow all Regional Governor instructions except where vetoed.

        2. Clean up all polution inside our cultural boundary as it appears as soon as possible.

        3. Workers not specifly requested for other use by my orders or RGs can be used by SMC to support the war effort via building road /rail in friendly and neutral territory or else forming a wall of workers to prevent landings. They may also be used to improve tiles in our empire at the discretion of the highest ranking DM RG present at the chat and/or the President.

        4. If we are missing a Regional Governor's orders use the orders from the previous turn chat for that region.

        Formation of New cities:

        As settlers become adviable:

        1. W-W-W-NW-NW Hannover. (Use default name)

        2. S-S-SE-SE Syracuse. (Use default name)

        3. NE current Brenan on the hill if Brenan is razed by an AI or else captured and abandoded by us. (Named Neo Brenan)

        Road and rail connect the new cities to the rest of the empire if needed.

        Initial builds for these cities are Temples followed by Catherdrials, with Temples to be rushed as soon as 1 shield is formed towards the build.

        Rush Priorities:

        1. Temples
        2. Catherdrials
        3. Market Places
        4. Police Station in Termina
        5. Aquaducts
        6. More Police Stations in other cities with 45%+ WW.
        7. Court Houses
        8. Other Police Stations

        Don't rush anything until there's at least 1 shield present towards the build. Also don't rush anything that will complete on it's own within 2 turns.

        Worker reintegration project:
        Requests by DMs for workers to bring pop up to 6 for those cities with fresh water access are aproved as long as it can be done without the ciy needing so many entertainers that it would strave.

        Vetos: NONE

        In the Event that the War with Germany Ends during Friday's turn chat these are the changes for Sunday's turn chat
        1. RGs are requested to move Hospitals to the front of most pop 11 and 12 cities queues with the exception of Timeline which is to build Wall Street first.

        2. In cities with neither a Court House nor a Police Station, RGs are requested to change Police Stations to Court Houses, but only if this can be done without wasting shields.

        3. Maintaign a 30 native Appolyon worker reserve, (24 for polution control, and 6 for when the IW city builds a Hospital) but otherwise, all RGs requests for additional workers in cities with Hospitals are approved as long as each tile they would work produce at least 1 shield or else 3+ commerce, also provided that this wouldn't cause there to be a food shortage in that city.

        4. Consider placing a Harbor right after the Hospital in the city queue of cities without one; this will allow enough workers to join the city to work all the coastal & sea tiles, producing 3+ commerce per tile before improvements, greatly increasing our population, taxes, and science.

        5. Rush Priorites change to:
        1. Temples
        2. Catherdrials
        3. Market Places
        4. Court Houses
        5. Police Stations
        in cities without a Court House
        6. Aquaducts
        7. Hospitals
        8. Harbors
        9. Police Stations
        in cities with a Court House

                      I'm posting a more complete save, with the PW, WF and queues corrected or in progress. This save includes the orders (related to PW, WF and queues) of Spiffor, Kloreep, dejon, and joncnunn. Tomorrow, I'll post a last save including the orders from donegeal, Aidun and Panzer32.
                      Mostly of the requests of SMC related to PW are done, too.
                      We have a reserve of workers (the worker wall), 18~20 slaves (=9~10 natives), so we can correct any possible mistake in PW, or add a new request.

                      Note: The Cathedral rushes (especially in Old German) will be discussed in the chat. We have money for rushes, but not for all.

                        We now have Steel. India would pay 128 gpt (2,560 gold total) for the privilege, whereas Rome could only afford to pay 55 gpt (1,100 gold total). My orders are to wait until Rome can pay 75 gpt or more for Steel, and then sell it for the maximum possible price to India, Rome and anyone else who could afford to pay over 50 gpt for it.
                        Now, on to the turn-by-turn orders.

                        Turn 0 (1340 AD, beginning of turnchat)
                        - Renegotiate peace with Zululand for 10 gpt.
                        - Our trade deal with Persia: Saltpeter, Iron and Dyes for 13 gpt, ends. We could renegotiate it for Iron, Dyes, Incense and Spices for 11 gpt and 32 gold, or we can just let the current deal ride, and initiate a new deal: Incense for 32 gold, while keeping our spices and making 13 gpt instead of 11 gpt. Therefore, I issue the order to trade Persia Incense for 32 gold.

                        Turn 1
                        - Our trade deal with India: Dyes for 18 gpt, ends. Renew this deal for maximum profit.

                        Turn 2
                        - If my calculations are correct, we should be able to sign a peace treaty with Japan. However, I understand that SMC Meshelic would like to sink a few more Japanese vessels. We are in no rush to end the war with Japan, so sign a peace treaty with Japan if all of SMC Meshelic's current Japanese targets have been eliminated.

                        Turn 3
                        - Our trade deal with Russia: Coal for 30 gpt, ends. Let the deal ride.

                        Turn 4
                        - No orders for this turn; act according to my general instructions.

                        Turn 5
                        - The trade embargoes vs. the Germans (if they're still on the map) end.

                        General Instructions
                        - When signing a peace treaty, try to maximize our profits! Demand (in the following order): gold, gpt, resources, luxuries, workers, maps. If the AI will agree to withdraw from a city/cities as well in exchange for peace, debate whether we want those cities during the turnchat (I leave the final decision to the cabinet, should I not be present during the turnchat).
                        - Check if any workers are available for purchase every turn, and buy if any are available. Slaves cost us near to nothing, and if we integrate them to our cities they will return the investment in just a few of turns.
                        - Opportunities come and go, and we don't wanna miss any! Check every turn if there are any opportunities to sell techs (for a minimum price of 1,500 gold in cash, gpt or mixed) or luxuries/resources (for a minimum price of 500 gold in cash, gpt or mixed; sell resources only to civs that are behind on 3 or more techs) to any of the AIs.
                        - In case I am not present during the turnchat, any or all of the above orders may be changed, should they become harmful or inappropriate. I recommend that the present cabinet be polled on any changes to my orders before they are made.

                            Well... Bremen is a very strategic place (for instance, Heidelberg is two turns away from our other cities, due the German cultural border, the presence of Greek troops and lack of improvements. If we take Bremen, or raze the city, this problem disappears).

                              I suspect it only means that Nuremberg is a greater prize, and therefore a greater priority. As Liz has units next to Bremen, she is probably also assaulting Nuremburg (and we can't see it). If Liz doesn't manage to capture Bremen before are forces are finished with Nuremburg, then I think we'll take it too.
