Ships Question

This didn't seem to go under any other thread here, so I will ask it here.

With the building of TOE almost complete, we will soon get techs to build ships other than ironclads. Since (confirm me on this one) Ironclads can't upgrade, should all ironclads be taken out of the queue and replaced with more advanced ships (that we will discover soon) such as destroyers?

Destroyers are 3x as powerful than Ironclads.

Absolutely.
There's really no immediate and pressing need for ironclads at the moment, and we don't want ships that will be obsolete and impossible to upgrade very soon.

Nah...We can use the ironclads to attack obsolete AI transport vessels and to act as scouts. After all we still has swords....

I made Ironclads, Frigates, and Privateers all upgrade to transports.
