Ok; I'll do orders for them. Germany will probably be a new province soon, but I don't think we've conquered quite enough cities yet.

Edit: Continuing the edit-ins, thank you for the compliment. I was dreading being an RA would be all micromanagement, but it's fun to see the cities I manage growing and improving.
