Confirmation of Togas to the Court?

To be honest, I was under the impression that kring was AWOL because of the thread GodKing posted (Court Case - Almost #6). So when notyoueither clarified that kring's term was indeed up and kring had not yet posted in that thread or I had received word that kring had returned, I just assumed kring was indeed entirely AWOL and appointed Togas to replace him (as I'd been talking with Togas about appointing him to the court for at least a week now).

I was told that you were AWOL, so I didn't bother. That part is my fault, not notyoueither's.
