I thought the city of Abandonment was to be founded this turn. It doesn't appear in the saves that I can find. E_T, remember thjat your plan for Stuttgart needs Abandonment 's borders to expand (temple + 5 turns) before Stuttgart can be relocated one tile south.I used to be a builder.
