The Official plan for war with Germay?

I havn't been closly following the game, as i'm occupied with the PTWDG and university studies, but i have managed to pick up that there is a calling for an impeachement of Thud, from the SMC post (or that it already took place?). Now, i read around 10 different plans for the upcoming assault on germany, since it was proposed, some time at the end of the last government term.

Well, what is the government official plan for the assult? please help this disoriented citizen...
