      Great report, Arnelos.
Can we force peace with Zulu's and them get the gems from they? I mean, after sink one or two of their galleys...
Maybe we should sell industrialization to India, and get furs. I'm saying this because with more happiness, our production is better, or am I wrong?

We can't buy gems from the Zulu right now because they signed a trade embargo against us.

Requires a Senate Bill. If you guys want to start one, you have until Sunday to get it passed (Sunday is when we're holding the next chat).

I don't agree with a counter Embargo, atleast against the Zulu. It will mean the we will have a full 20 turns before we can buy Gems from them again, whereas, it's already been about 3 turns (I can't remember when it was enacted) in the current Embargo and should be finished about the time that we get done with Germany (or when we will really need it, if the War Bogs down).

Why should we have to wait longer?

We should not renegotiate any lux deals with germany if we will be delaring war in 10-11 turns.

We need to cancel the riding trade deals prior to entering ta war with them so that we save our reputation.

I second E_T on the embargo issue. We all want our gems back as soon as possible.

This is already in the plan. All current deals that come up for renegotiation are ordered to be left to ride (see my orders in the orders thread). Before we actually declare war, all deals which are still riding will be cancelled (thus with no reputation loss).
