    Aggie is cool and all...

But perhaps we should wait until his Presidency is over? I mean he could just be setting us up with these conquests and then gifting all the conquered cities to... Germany!

So we should wait... you know. Just in case. . .

        Which reminds me of...

The SMC in Aggie is dead. And as a citizen he will not desappear before the end of the game, and then it will be too late to honor him.

Aggie (as many of other honorable citizens here) is 3000 years old, at least. He never will "drop dead", he’s immortal... We have to make this “arc de triumphe” right now.

You forgot New York as a city he defeated. Maybe add Abe and Joan in there somehow.

Also, he filled in as SMC in term 3, but UberKruX was the elected SMC durring that time. Aggie, iirc, was never officially voted in.

I may be wrong, but I was under the impression that Aggie was acting SMC during the end of the second term, replacing the SMC UberkruX, then was elected three times.

If you are right I will correct as follows : Term 3 (acting), 4 and 5.

                    Is that OK ?

No...if we do this we must give monuments to everyone that has ever had a significant part of the government.

I'd say Aggie's contributions are unique to the rest of the citizens here. He's been undefeated in battle, and as you can read above he captured ALL of those cities for our empire, which is a sizable chunk of the continent!

So by giving everyone monuments here I don't think we'd be giving the respect that Aggie is due. Sure there are other's here who've been pretty important in the role they've played since the beginning, but those numbers are few and far between, and Aggie stands out the most.

                        Give Aggie a monument! :doitnow:

                          This poll is closed.

74.07% of the votes are yes.

As this Bill cannot be vetoed by the Cabinet, the monument will be built right now.

To qualify, you just conquer 22 cities before 1000 AD.
