What kind of a name is Contaginon for a Palace?

Well, that's where I would stay if I was a president...

But the people's majority wanted to let (egosentric) ministers
pick names. And no one seems to have a legal system.
Some issue for the ConCon?

They were on a "disease" theme and I suggested "Contaginon" and "Port of Malignance". Come to think of it there are lot of cities with names I suggested...
