    New Constitution Ratified!

    The New Constitution has been ratified by 91.43% of the population, an overwhelming majority.

    The New Con will not take effect until Nov. 12, when it will partially take effect for elections. It will take full effect on the 18th.

    Discussion should begin now about implimentation of the New Con and the new Senate structure, if any is to be adopted.
