  • Republican Revolutionary Guard of Apolytonia (RRGA)

In order to protect the legacy of the Apolytonian Revolution and the grand Republic formed by it, the victorious Apolytonian Republican Front (ARF) is forming the Republican Revolutionary Guard of Apolytonia (RRGA). This revolutionary guard will exist to serve the Republic in detecting and thwarting counter-revolutionary efforts. The revolutionary guards will be sworn to protect the Republic against counter-revolutionary monarchists, would-be despots, and emergent anti-revolutionary forces such as fascists or communists.

The revolutionary guards will also have to keep a close eye on the radicals, who have been proposing a broad extending of suffrage rights to include much of the population. While such a reform is perhaps possible in the future when this concept of "democracy" has been more closely studied by our thinkers, the revolutionary guards will work to ensure that any such reforms will be enacted through the processes of the sovereign senate.

Word is already spreading of vile counter-revolutionaries who wish to overturn the accomplishments of our new Republic! The RRGA calls out to the true patriots, believers in the Apolytonian Republic, to stand and defend her now and whenever in the future it be needed.

    The Republican Revolution lives on!

Just wish to ensure that any democratic reforms to the republic occur in a peaceful fashion in accordance with the newly established senate authority on such matters as extending the franchise.

I suppose Senate bills to extend the franchise in various ways will likely come up not too far into the future... we are not opposed to such action as long as it is the sovereign senate which conducts it.
