Ok, I have confirmed that it works now. 
I was using the Light-Special style, so that problem is now gone.

For the faq, I think first post in the table of contents (with the word faq: tacked onto the front of it).
Aro's map site as the second link in the TOC.
Good work tracking down the problem with the links btw.
