  • Orders for 580 AD --Need by Monday Night--

    Alright...I'm doing a turnchat Tuesday. Probably in the morning US time. Because of this and because some people in the past have planned to give orders at the last minute but then something came up.

    I plan to play at least 5 turns. If I don't have an order from a minister during these 5 turns, I'll use my best judgement which might not be that good.

    I also want to play Friday morning, which would be technically during term 5. I'd like thoughts on that.

    Both times are perfect for your SMC, I am available from as early as you need until later I am free all mornings. This is the big upgrade chat for me too(i figure 5 upgrades,all or most in macross city).

        I can be there, but I wont be able to use the computer that can run Civ & Chat at the same time (without problems). I'll try to get the orders done. but I can't promice it. I was up all Friday night getting the build queue completed and annotated. I had hoped for an additional day to go over everything, but I'll see what I can do.

          Apoc, the time is excellent and so is your suggestion to do another turnchat this Friday. Our experience tells us that new administrations take some time to organize themselves and things often start ticking later than they should. Doing the last Term IV turnchat this Friday would compensate for this and give the new administration some room to breath and prepare for their first turnchat.

              I can most likely make it. So you'll have at least two FAM people.

                I definitely have class during these chats, and the time for the orders is a little pressure. All ministers PLEASE get your requests to me BEFORE the last minute!

                  Work. Not a chance in hell of me being there to finish out my term. Sorry. Same for friday.

                  I will do my orders tonight, but probably will not be able to post until the last minute.

                  Reddawg - as it will be last minute, please let me know a $ amount I may spend, primarily to get temples and courthouses up for my successor, along with a good defence in our cities.

                  Thanks all. If for some resion I am not posting orders(have had lots of problems lately) I would kindly ask donegeal of Pina Colada province to assist and step in for me.

                  Regarding fridays chat, any chance of waiting til saturday or sunday? I doubt I will have a chance to do orders, but will do my best.

                      Crap. For some reason, the save is not working for me. I just replaced the hard drive in my computer (bad gel, lost many sectors and lots of crap) and the save is not working. I am using both the 1.21 and 1.29 patches, and that is not the fault....

                      E_T looks to win the election, and as he did such a good job last time, I asked him if he would mind subbing in. Hopefully this is just some stray electron or something....

                        Bad electron, bad..... I hope you get it fixed without any major losses.

                          CP Orders - Done but not double checked

                          The orders are done, but haven't been double checked, so their might be errors.


                          General stuff:

                          In the Orders, WF refers to Work force allocation/placement. See this image:

                          For further explanation on this, see this post.


                          Special WF orders during the turnchat:
                          If Ivory Trade is renewed, change the following:
                          Del Monte - WF to 3-4-7-8-14-15-19.
                          Gaia - WF to 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-11 + 1 Ent.
                          Here It Is - WF to 2-3-4-5-9-12-20 + 1 Tax.

                          If during the turnchat, any workers that finish tasks that would benifit Production, Trade or Food (in that order of priority, with corruption/waste in mind) increase in a city (cleared jungle, mine or road built, etc.), please change WF allocation to fit the situation. Please, also keep in mind, that some cities (Uber Island mostly) are having to maintain a delicate balance between growth & time of build completions. We will be rushing things somewhat, but Some items I don't want to have to rush too soon (because of impending Disorder because a city grew too fast).
