City States: Each city state is managed independant of any province. So far there is only one:

Hole in Wall: managed by GhengisFarb. This city is in the process of relocating to be next to the ocean.

Ya, but you get all those juicy american cities, and soon I suspect. Then you also get the german and greek citiies to dream about....

What gives about Oak and seeberg..... they were never in pina colada....

I set up the regions initially with the idea that after france, we would be going to war with america. That didn't occure as Germany and Persia joined in the attack, and we smelled persian blood..... Now that the americans are falling to the aztec, I suspect we will take them on a little early. I always figured timeline would be a part of mingapulco, but set it up as part of pina colada so it would have more than 2 cities (chiquita was not yet founded)
