When did the Xerox salesman appear?

It looks to me like Egyptia is winning.........

Although I think I would prefer the "Egyptian Far East."

Media actually sounds quite right (though Seleucia or Yrkania also sound nice).

Unortho: Will there be a runoff of the top 5 or so?

Depends on how close it comes.

I think we really ought to have a runoff, we've had 22 voters and no option has gotten more than 6 votes, it would make sense to take the top choices and allow only 1 vote per person.

Pharsiland and Egyptia seem to be the heavy favorites with Cheopsia and Media right behind.

Oh, and I suppose the names for El Nino province and Pina Colada province don't invite any chuckling at all, do they?

No one got to vote on those, they were forced on the hapless population by their respective despots. Hence the reason I moved from El Naññygoat to glorious Mingapulco.

                          Cheers to Mingapulco!

but if Pharsiland becomes the newest incorporated province, I may switch loyalties.

                          El Niño = poop

I suggest Seleucid, but with the name changed to the more historically correct Seleucia.
                            Empire growing,
                            Pleasures flowing,
Fortune smiles and so should you.
