Who the hell is that Spanish guy in the bee suit? What is known about him? In which episode was he introduced? Does he have a "catch phrase"?

hes the bumble bee guy. is that who your talking about?
hes a re-occuring tv character. when the simpsons are watching TV.. and it isn't the news or Itchy and Scratchy, he is often the OTHER thing they are watching
he is also used in other TV and foreign persons jokes, often at the same time.
generally... he can be described as THE spannish character of the show, i suppose.

I haven't seen the episode where the guy with the blue beard is introduced, but I would guess he's Marge's father because of the color of the beard.

the name of the actual theme park escapes me... but it's either Praiseland or something like Maudeland
