Peace with Persia?

Oh I see Persia as an extreme threat in the future. They have hordes of luxuries (producing mega commerce) and virtually no hostile borders (they only border us and England).

Persia will build up their cities and develop technology and far out advance everyone by using us as their bufferstate.

NEVER EVER AGAIN should we sign an ROP with Persia. There is no price worth it. Persia NEEDS to be annexed we need to build super cities on their luxuries and on our dye deposits and build those into our centers of income and knowledge generation.

What it takes for peace with Persia, I believe will depend on how many wars (the ones we are in) are still going at the time. And how major a threat these wars are at the time.
