While I'm not opposed to naming cities after prominent members of our society, and UnOrthOdOx should be at the top of the list for having a city derived from him, Port Rouge is too sweet sounding to pass up.

I thought Region 1 was Mingapulco. According to the Region Maps Orleans, Chartres, and Rheims go to Region 1.
