BULK PURCHASE ANNOUCEMENT
DEEMED UNFAIR
No transactions on this contract will be allowed. This means there are 14 more commerce than supply so you're going to have to sell your commerce at $39 or less each if you want to be sure it sells.

The league of generic Mingapulcan Shopkeeps has announced they will buy the first 14 Commerce offered to them at $40 each. This is a GUARANTEED Sale and is/does not affect(ed) the Demand/Supply for Commerce.

The first 14 Commerce traded with the transaction: "Sell # Commerce towards Shopkeep contract (Previous # + # you just sold/14) " Will be GUARANTEED sales.

Note, these Commerce are immediately distributed throughout the various league members' shops so you cannot take back the transaction once it's made.

Note: you currently have 2 shields and 2 commerce in your stockpile.

Notice that as more product goes on the market, the price it is willing to pay drops. Currently it won't pay more than $66 for a Food or more than $90 for a Shield.

So as it stands you won't sell the 2 food or 3 shields unless you drop your offer price. And if anyone else sells more of those the price will drop lower.

It's not as catastrophic with shields and commerce as you stockpile up to 10 items of any combination of shield/commerce. But any food not sold is eaten by varmits at the end of the session.

The price is determined by the D:S line.

The first Market Assessment post states the beginning Food demand is 28 and the beginning Food supply is 35.
So at open its (D:S 28/35 = $80)
28 divided by 35 = 80%, the base price for everything is $100, so 80% of $100 is $80.

Then Epistax sold 2 Food and the D:S line changed:
Sell 2 Food (D:S 28/37 (35+2) = $75)

Then jdd2007 sold 3 Food and the D:S line changed again:
Sell 2 Food (D:S 28/40 (37+3) = $70)

When you post your transactions, post the new D:S (price per item) for each item you screwed with. It aint hard. Additionally, don't post posts like this. I am sure this was meant to contain only posts that made transactions,

It is a hell of a job to gather all the information. Do it yourself once and get even more respect for our banker, the great GhengisFarb.

It is a pity I can not publish and you can not update this Excell file directly. It would save GF a lot of work. It should not be to hard to develop our own Web page that does all this automatically. Perhaps I will do that one day.
