  • Official - Ammendment - Time announcement of turnchats

    The discussion occured here:

    Here is the proposed ammendment:

A turn chat or other method of playing the game will be announced at least 4 days prior to occurring in the appropriate thread. If either the president or vice president and 3 ministers agree, they can play the game with less notice, provided they all post in a new thread the rational behind this change and the time and date of the new chat.

Abstains will NOT count as no votes. If you do not like the EXACT way it is worded, vote no. Abstain means count me in, I saw this, and I don't care one way or the other. If there are more abstains than yes and no votes combined, then and only then shall the poll be voided (as the people have spoken in that they do not care about this).

Undecided as of the moment. With the diminished want for turnchats, I'm not sure about regulating them very much any more.
        Consul.

Back to the ROOTS of addiction. My first missed poll!

Regular citizen participation is virtually non existant in turnthreads, so it's almost all right to say 'oh by the way, there is a newer save now'.
