Your Honor, I would like to submit that this case has no basis whatsoever as no part of our Code of Laws mentions bananas, religion, or worship in any way.

It was the decision of this court to proceed with a demonstration case that would not involve interpretations of any of our laws. That would be premature. This hearing is simply to provide an example of how the court will function so that the justices and the public would be more comfortable with it when a more serious matter is considered.

We are also testing the rules of the court. Hence some tolerance is being shown to you and the preceding poster for making short submissions ahead of invitation to address the court.

At the end of this day the court will most likely recess for the final time on this case. The hearing will be viewed by all of the justices and decisions on how to proceed with case 02 will be made.

Note that this may not normaly be allowed. That has not been decided. The Senior Justice for any given case may need to keep the thread 'clean' for the posting of any judgements. I do not see a need in this case, and public comment may in fact be helpful at this point.
