OK, because of the chaos coming from the city planning issue last turnchat, I think we need a plan for our cities until war with France. If a plan is adopted, turnchats will stop to be boring.
I estimate war to begin in 9 turns :
- In 6 turns, iron is connected
- In 7 turns, our newly upgraded swordsmen can board our galleys
- in 9 turns, our galleys enter French territory
(all these figures are worth if everything goes smoothly)
That's why the project I suggest doesn't bother to look after 10 turns or so.
-----------------Apolyton------------------
(attached picture)
In Apolyton, we should build another 2 warriors (2 turns). This way, we'll have 8 warriors (-> swordsmen) ready for war, which is exactly twice our anticipated transportation capacity.
More would be superfluous, because we won't have time to bring swordsmen to France with a third trip, if our victory is swift (which is our best hope)
After this, we should build a settler, so that City #7, south of Munich, can be founded. A settler would be build in 3 turns.
at turn 5, with the 3 remaining citizens in Apolyton, we work both grasslands which give 2 shields each + whales. Our total production would be 6. We build a spearman in 4 turns (for defense purpose, and for further upgradability).
At turn 9, we build a settler, which will be built in 5 turns.
Summary for Apolyton :
Warrior
Warrior
Settler
(get 6 shields per turn, and 2 excess food) Spearman
Settler
-----------------Banana HQ----------------
We finish the Spearman, for defense purposes (5 turns). We build a Temple after this (12 turns estimated). We need culture in BHQ in order to have a coherent border with Gaia, once Gaia's culture expands.
--------------Termina------------------------
We finish our Galley in 6 turns, to allow our disembarkment on French shores. After this, we could build a spearman or a temple. I don't know what's most needed.
------------------Del Monte------------------
We finish building Barracks (17 or 14 turns, depending on corruption once population expands)
------------------Gaia-------------------------
We poprush the Temple immediately.
We then build a Worker, which will be ready in 10 turns (pop. will expand at the same time)
-----------------Seeberg-------------------------
We poprush the Temple immediately.
We then build a Worker, which will be ready in 10 turns (pop. will expand at the same time)
----------------Timeline--------------------------
We finish the Temple (6 turns)
We build a Worker (5 turns, ready one turn after pop expands)
I think all these workers are needed to help making a true road network, and will soon help to clear this frsaken jungle. The sooner the better.
---------------Ubergorsk------------------------
We finish the temple (5 turns)
We build city walls (10 turns estimated). If ONE city risks to be attacked by the Persians, it's Ubergorsk, because of its iron. With all this jungle, it won't expand anytime soon, so we need to give it all chances we can.
