it was a campaign promise to announce if i could not attend a turnchat, instead of just not showing up. late last night something important came up, and i am busy all today. i dont have any specific orders, except not to declare war yet. spiff knows about the trades, and if anything comes up, then i entrust Uber with my duties.

I don't think we'll be declarign war this turnchat anyway (hell, maybe not even the next one).

Spiff knows the initial trades, and if anyone sees some decent ones DURING the turnchat i'll do a quickpoll of the attending populus.

Sorry, but I would have been unable to attend. Because of my schedule, It is more difficult for me to attend turn chats. I have to know the exact time before hand, and plan ahead. However, perhaps the next time along we will have deputy ministers(I hope) and this can be more organized.
