I sure hope we don't poll on Tanks. But Nukes, I think we should. They change Grassland and Plains squares down to plains and desert respectively, and there are environmental issues to consider as well. Aren't there diplomatic penalties as well?

Yes. HARSH diplomatic penalties. Neutral civs declare war on you from out of the blue. The civ you nuked hates you for all eternity. Polite and, uh, Happy civs become annoyed and furious.

, well huh , nuked abe in 850 ad , in 1350 ad he was close again , and there was trade , even went to war together a couple times , .....

or should we think this true before the problem comes when they or we have nukes , ....
