A serious case of RL sucks here.

A transfomer blew up, 1/2 mile from our house. We were evacuated last night, and my work put us up in an apartment.

This led to some bad attitude, and some serious out of character comments in a chat last night. I apologize to all that were there, but especially Ninot.

Things have gone downhill, though. My wife, due to the stress, most likely, is now in labor with our second son. Over a month too early. I do not know when I will be back, but hopefully not too long. A few days, and I will have limited time, likely, more for full activity again.

Tassadar has accepted the job of co-editor for the paper, and will get out a Wed edition. Hopefully I will be around after that.

Brief update: The house is fine, the fire resulting form the explosion was contained, but power is out for a few days. Record heat here, and we are advised not to return till the power is back. Fortunately for me, I have a kick a$$ job who owns some apartments spcifically for visitors. And they have a few empty...

My son, Alec, was born 6 lbs 12 ounces. In relatively good health. They are giving him steroids to develope the lungs some more, but expect to remove him from that by morning. All in all, things could not have come ot much better. Thanks for all the well-wishes, and don't miss me too much for the next two days. I must finish that crib that I am building now, well, all that is left is staining...
