How will we win?

Is it too early to ask which victory condition we want to achieve? When will this question be asked formally?
Are we going for conquest, dominion, Space, cultural, or diplomatic?

As a builder, I'd go for spaceship victory in priority. However, I only speak for myself, and not on behalf of the DIA (we didn't adress this question thoroughly for now)

I am all for conquest-- or if we are in the position to do so, diplomatic. I've never won diplomatically but I get the impression it would be very hard. Science victory is just silly-- Civ2 method was better.

I also like the spaceship victory. Parties are going to play a huge role here. All the parties have different agendas so some major problems could arise.
