Who's in charge of worker actions?
Concerning banana HQ worker
Current location - west of BHG in jungle getting ready to clear.
Suggestion - move worker back to newly cleared grassland square to build mine.
Time taken - Three to clear and one there and one back. Five turns.
Why - BHQ only has one shield production and another would not be lost to corruption. Output doubled.
Why not - Jungle tile cleared in five less turns and so five less food for BHQ.
