Now that we know who our neighbors are the AWA can create war options for war with either France or America, or France and America. One before the other, or at the same time. What should we do any of the possible scenarios? Let the planing begin.

I suggest we wait until France is vassalized until we attack America (if we ever attack them). By then, we'll have a military infrastructure and a veteran army (with some elite Archers, doubtless), and can take them on.
In the meantime, see if we can get techs from them at reasonable prices. (Their current going rate for Pottery is not what I'd call reasonable, especially in our current financial situation.)

Case Pink is largely a production plan for war at the earliest point with minimal forces sufficient for a focused, knock out strike.
With such a force, it should be hoped that the major fighting is finished in 4 to 6 turns. After which time we should be sitting in someone's capitol and have captured or autorazed their second city. Accepting their surrender yielding us tech and an additional city would be the goal by D + 10.
It is applicable to any of our neighbours, preferably the closest geographically. Operational tactics are largely for Uber and Trip to decide at the moment and for us to discuss in general.(\__/)

, yes that would be the best , ...
however , what if they join forces , ....
maybe we can provoke a war between those two , and then get them , when they are weak , ....
or we could use one , to fight a war for us , and when the war is over , turn on one , ....

Unlikely. They're both quite a ways apart, and are unlikely to have contacted each other already. It's even more unlikely that they'll join forces.
If you're talking about a formal military alliance, we need Writing and an embassy before we can suggest to one to declare war upon the other.
Still, if we can coerce them to fight each other while staying out of the way, it might make our job easier. Then again, there's the possibility that one wins a big victory, which will make them that much stronger when we invade them.

I say for now we continue our preparations for Case Pink while exploring some more to learn as much as possible about our surroundings. In a few more turns, we'll know more and then we can start discussing operational details.
For now we just need to prepare, which we're already doing."Politics is to say you are going to do one thing while you're actually planning to do someting else - and then you do neither."

I would suggest to go on with Case Pink, until we built the strike force. Then we should decide (after knowing the map better) whom we attack first. The strike will be short, calculated losses are about 50% (3 archers). So we need to build 3 new archers and 2 spearmen (they'll be used up as garrison) to fill up our task force again. We can do this in about 10 turns. The war against the 2nd civ should begin no later than 1000BC and have the same goals as the 1st.

I concur. Given our terrible start position and the fact that we're almost completely bottled up in the Notylopa Jungle, we need to secure an early dominance over both our neighbors in order to successfully unbottle ourselves and get room to grow."Politics is to say you are going to do one thing while you're actually planning to do someting else - and then you do neither."

Given the fact that we do not have the best of all starting positions and therefore not any lead, if any, over out neighbours. It would be foolish to begin a war with two of our neighbours at the same time. Let us not forget that one of the reasons that Bismarck unified Germany was that he avoided the two-front war at all costs. A lessons that Hitler did not take to his heart.

I agree, attacking both would be foolish, and I agree with Sir Ralph, that we require a credible fighting force before embarking. Let us see then who to attack. Once we have defeated our first enemy, we can review the fighting force, and set off to finish the job."Wherever wood floats, you will find the British" . Napoleon

I said a agree with Sir Ralph, meaning first one, then the other, not both at the same time!"Politics is to say you are going to do one thing while you're actually planning to do someting else - and then you do neither."
