    My resignation

    DON'T PANIC!!!

    OK, I am resigning at midnight GMT This Friday (Friday evening US, very early Saturday morning Europe) because I will be on vacation away from computers until the 10th, which is just a couple days before elections. I will still do a report after today's turnchat and make the poll after thursday's (my heir will have to announce the results). I am telling you this now so there is time to find a replacement before I leave. I will miss you all!. If the random number generator says it's mine turn to name a city, the name is "Land of the Blueberries" if it's in plains/grassland/hills, "Help WE're Still Stuck in the Jungle" if it's in the jungle, and "Dryville" if it's in a desert.

      you dont have to resign, just tell us your general plans before you leave and we'll use them for your leave.

      basically, dont officially abdicate, it'll just throw up te game into mroe chaos.
