Here are the options:
1. Immediately begin preperations to conquer France. This involves building a road, and building up the military, and not getting too involved threw trade or diplomatics. The longer they live, the more they will suffer, so lets end it quick!
2. Get better relations with France. They are annoyd with us. If we aren't gonna teach them our superiority soon, we might as well make them enjoyable (like THATS possible, they'r French! lol)
3. Ignore them. Thats what the French are for anyways, right?
