Restrict all save games that occurred in the last ten turns. If someone wants a ten turn old save, that's fine, because they won't be able to play out the same way that our President did. Thus, their results of playing ahead won't be close enough to what we're currently doing to inform us of what we should do.
If ten turns isn't enough, make it something else. Just an old save game where results of playing ahead won't be relevant.
What do you think of this compromise?

even with sav's from every turn , they could never duplicate the moves , .....
it would be fun for the people to compare their moves , with the "official" game , more fun , ....
have a nice day
