      I just see the future problem coming...

      When we have 50 cities and 75 workers, it'll be too difficult to tell Trip what every worker should do during the turnchat. So the MOP will be giving general orders, like how many workers should develop a certain city.
      But decisions about what exactly to build and where are very important when combined...
      Basically my solution keeps those decisions in the hands of the MOP, but causes a lot of problems to the president.

        I have a history exam tommorow so no time for screenshots and explanations.


        Build a road where the worker stands now and send him to the new city to clear the jungles.
