I have no problem with whoever making up appropriate Gods (or whatever) names, in an unofficial kind of way, maybe reflecting the current state of our culture (e.g. polytheism, monotheism). But I would prefer not to have an official religion of any kind.Diderot was right!

Just write it Hazie read some legends on ancient cultures Norse, Roman, American Indian and take it from there.
