before going to subforums perhaps you should try to organize and manage the creation of new threads as well as the naming of threads(my suggestion for the use capitalized begining in thread titles according to the content has been ignored

)

for example on page 2 i see 3 threads by trip in order to announce something. couldnt you have 1 single announcement thread

another example is the toped threads. do you need a closed topped thread to show the current goverment? 3 different threads for "welcome/join", "member list" and "address book"?

if we regulate how and who can start threads, we silence citizens.
you proposal is good, but only cuts down 5 threads.
from which thread-count on would you think it makes sense to do subforums?
maybe only 1 for unofficial things?
or other ideas of other citizens please?

i didnt say to put limits on what people posts. i'm talking about self-regulation

but with the thread-count right now, its pretty hard to follow the game though.
and i dont see so many "false threads".
