    the first civ3 democratic game is about to get it's first democratically elected regime.

    Pehaps an explanation of what each of the offices requires people to do would be useful for people who haven't done this before .

        oh, and unless someone else wants to do all the busywork, i'll play a major part in setting this whole thing up (ie first elections, etc)

                    We also could need some sort of minister/department to mannage our workers. (Needless to say this position need to be someone cooperating with the Defense minister, the trade minister and the city planner)

                      I run for environment minister.

                      Didn't we decide Imperial expansion did the city placement, City Planner managed all the cities. That would be a lot easier to control.

                              I think a Minister for it is the bwest as sometimes improvements are needed away from the cities. (Road to other civ/fortresses at the front)
