We really do need to cut down spam. The forum has already gotten huge (though the rate of growth will slow after we get established) and it takes time to wade through all of the information.Comment

I wouldn't mind that, but it might be too easy in some cases, too hard in others. The imbalance of that will probably deter people from wanting to play on a pre-made map. Besides, it eliminates the fun of having to explore the world and wondering where all the civs are.Comment
