Constutional Amendments!!!

Well its been over a year since the New con was penned and it has aged as the game has but as the game changed it hasn't, so I feel it is time for a serise of amendment to get the Con up date. This thread is to discuss and make those amendments.

One of the first I say we should do is make it official that the VP is elected and not appointed.

So lets discuss!
