Everytime we try to start up a feudal or minigame we always get to some empasse over a specific rule.
Fine.
Let's keep this simple.
We mod the player properties to give whatever civ we choose a bunch of military units. Each person that signs up to play gets a unit(s). We give all the AI two Settlers and two workers. We don't get any Workers or Settlers.
We post screenshots of each turn and everyone just goes out and grabs what they can.
Pretty lame but its simple.
