As VP, may I propose a gameturn-limited length of service for the government? Say 20 or 15 turns or so? (10 just seems too short!)
Over in the Alpha Centauri Team Demo game, my PEACE faction does this for the turn player's position, that way everyone gets a chance to be the boss and feels like they really have contibuted to our overall game
But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

Mm, trust me, I feel your pain. BUT, it is good to see that at least some are still keeping an eye on the forum. What can I do when the VP does not respond to PMs for mid-week turnchats that suit Nth Americans/Euros, and PMs to Ministers are not responded to at ALL....?
However, Xmas is coming, and with it the corresponding temporary increase in my free time (if no-one else's
). Shall we aim for 15-20 turns before I go overseas on Jan 12th?

Well, I should have some free time from Dec 26 - Jan 4 to play; I'm out of school and I'm in town.
I won't be able to play Dec 21 - Dec 25, as I'll be out of town.Comment
