I figured I'd better start a thread like this for each chat so we have a central place to dicuss moves
Domestic:
I just noticed TH lacks a barracks, they could build that after the temple, with ot without another archer in between. Bifrost and SaG also lack them, SaG is building a need temple (to reach across the channel for cattle and wheat) Bifrost -does- have a barracks queued after the worker.
As soon as NA is done with it's temple I can start another settler, we need only one more after that to finish out the sites from the prior poll. We do need a city west of the gem mountains to keep the ai away from there though; below I've X'd I think the best spot. There is one land tile just out of it's radius, but for that they get both fish instead of just one, you could also put it right where Ormzud is if you wanted that instead.
Military: In response to the Persians, I can keep BobC shadowing them and get 2 archers (Pierce and Twang) to that landing area in about 4 turns. If I bring Kloreep in the north mts down to Thor's Hammer for MP, I can also free up Shooter (archer) and get him there in about 6. We'll also have a 4th archer coming out of VH about then, and Hammer can start a 5th in 3 turns after it's temple is done. Although TH maybe better making a couple of galleys once we trade for MM
Trading: Well I just -can't- get Map Making without trading contacts, so I'm thinking of this 3-way
- Persia: Contact/Spain + 40g for Map Making; sell CB for 9g
- Egypt: Contact/Persia for Philosophy
- Spain: buy HBR for 125g + 1gpt
Which will leave us with 4g in the treasury and 7 gpt income, but will bring us up to parity with Spain and Egypt and only 1 tech behind Persia Whom we should be able to squeeze for Code of Laws after picking off enough settler/defender pairs and/or taking the fight to them
