The problem with RCP is that ignores the fact that there are several tiles that wouldn't be worked at all under that plan because the city sites under RCP that would work them are underwater.

This game cannot be updated to conquests. There are too many changes to all civs, the tech tree, etc. etc. etc. that make it unfair and unreasonable to change. This game started with PtW rules and will have to finish using them. That's kind of what I meant. Once Conquests is out, most everyone will probably be using that. So this will most likely be the last PTW based democracy game and hence the last one to be able to use RCP if we go with that.Originally posted by GodKing

BTW, I'm not a huge RCP freak. I've only recently started using it. But if the terrain makes sense to use it, why not use it?Comment
