Damn Otts beat their people far too much almost made Aydin unhappy

And here's our empire. It looks very similar to how it did at the end of last chat.

Otts have a city SW of Aydin. A few civs are building the lighthouse. The east mountain/city defences is starting to look good. We built one wkr and one spear. And thats about it.
