Various things have delayed my ability to post the paper as promised.

Is there someone who can get one up for me?

History Guy, GodKing, and Nuclear Master have all agreed to write articles, I could easily PM them to send that to whomever wants to publish the paper for me.

I am leaving town after this evening, and doubt I will have time to get it up before then. We are going down to Vegas to celebrate my birthday, go hit the craps tables...

Anyway, ANYONE wishing to take over, let me know.

Vegas is fun - even though the time I visited I was only 16.

OPD - that's Piccolo from DragonBall Z. Mine is Vegeta from the same series. The two best and most developed characters by far.
