DalNet have a bad habit of banning ISPs or even entire countries because of some troublemakers with connections that originate from that country and some ISPs which are inefficient in dealing with troublemakers.
Next time, I suggest that you choose a smaller network. Blitzed (irc.blitzed.org) would make a good choice IMHO.
