Darkknight et al: Is the new FLICSTER 1.0.0 (see Civ3 news) something good for making graphics? I'm really completely dumb in this...

Now, I'm not certain, as I've really done no animating of my own, but toying around with Flicster 1.0, it seems that the program is only good for packing and unpacking Civ3 units. It appears the leader heads are in the traditional format that Animation Shop uses, so Flicster really has nothing to do with those. I've never used Animation Shop, but I hear it's easy and delightful.

Also, I've taken screenshots of all the civ2 leader portraits and I've dug through my harddrive a bit and found a leader portrait modpack for CTP1 that could be of some use, I'll upload them later today or tomorrow

First off, here's the portrait from the Dutchmod, found on *ahem* Civfanatics:

And here's a painting of Isabella by Bartolome Bermejo that I found in my World Book Encyclopedia:

                And now....

Okay, I've zipped up the civ2 leader portraits and Harlan's Leader Images for CTP1 for the appropriate civs. I've included all leaders available for the appropriate civs, not just the ones that've been decided on, since I figure they may somehow be of use still.
Okay, here're the list of included Civ2 leaders:
                • Boadicea (Celt)
                • Cunobelin (Celt)
                • Bortei (Mongol)
                • Genghis Khan (Mongol)
                • Canute (Viking)
                • Gunnhild (Viking)
                • Dido (Carthaginian)
                • Hannibal (Carthaginian)
                • Isabella (Spanish)
                • Phillip (Spanish)

And without further ado, the file:

I've found this on Civfanatics, does it help our graphics people?

                    AoK units exportable!!
Well, I didnt tried it yet, I'm on the work, but it should be possibele: go to
                    aok.heavengames.com/
and download MPS studio. Export Aok unit frames into BMP. load BMP into PSP and create FLC with Animation shop. After that FLICster them. I'll try it as soon as I'm home

Sorry to say this but Isabella was never the Queen of Spain. Philip II on the other hand... (sorry, couldn't resist it)
